April Fool’s Day is known for pranking but in the Moore family household, it now reserves a different meaning… Sasquatch’s Birthday!
Yes, I threw a party for old lil’ Sasquatch. He turned one this week!
He was pretty excited..
Even though I was a little more…
We had funny decorations to play with as well as a Fajitas for dinner. Not that he ate them, he ate cat food but with a few treats sprinkled in to make it special.
He got lots of cool presents with cat nip and even a scratching post- thanks Mom! Of course, while we were celebrating, he was watching bugs on the porch. Just another day for him.
Dinner was really yummy but the Kitty Litter Cake was the best part!
Now don’t you worry, it’s just brownies, chocolate frosting, cookie crumbles and tootsie rolls melted in the microwave. haha
All in all, it was a silly party but so much fun! Happy Birthday Sasquatch!
Guess what I did that was super fun this past weekend? I made Bunny Brownies for the girls at the shoot. It wasn’t hard but it will be perfect for Easter coming up!
I didn’t want to mess with little cakes because then you would have to ice them and decorate them so that is why I used brownie mix.
I found this silicon mold at Walmart for under $5 in the Easter section.
I just used a fudge brownie mix and baked them for 15 minutes. After they are cooled, they pop right out neat and tidy because of the silicon. Cute right?
Try this as a cute and fun dessert for your Easter activities!
This past weekend was so much fun that my feet hurt Sunday night! haha. Saturday night, I went to an event with my work. The North Myrtle Beach Winter Gala was beautiful! It was held at North Beach Plantation and I was such a dumb blonde, while my co workers were sipping blue martinis and eating apps served from waiters, I was going up and down the elevator at the wrong location. Yep, it was at a different location in North Beach haha. Oh well, I finally found them!
They had a wonderful filet and shrimp dinner then awards and dancing. A nice little evening for everyone!
The event was very fun but I had a big day ahead of me on Sunday. I’ve kept it under wraps for a while but I’m so excited to bring you a fun shoot in the coming weeks. I was able to style two fashion shoots and be in the photos! I’ll have much more coming in the following weeks with the photography reveal and information on all the vendors but for now, here is a little sneak peek of our shots yesterday.
A spread for the models and hair and makeup.
We shot at the Peanut Warehouse and it was windy and cold but everyone was still a trooper.
How cute is Brandi??
Here are some of the photos from Lauren, Aggi and Brandi’s Facebook walls! So excited to see the finished product!
Aren’t you excited to see the rest, too?? Stay tuned in the next few weeks!
